For new clients I offer an initial 30 minute consultation before their first treatment. This gives you a chance to let me know about yourself and get to know each other. I'll take a full medical and health history. We can also discuss your needs and desired outcomes from holistic healing support. This may be physical, mental or emotional. It also allows us to check in to ensure treatment is safe for you. 
I may ask for GP consent before treatment or need to postpone a treatment, if there is any concern for your safety. More information can be found on my FAQs for further information on when a treatment is not recommended. Please feel you can contact me too, if you have any concerns and we can arrange an informal 10 min chat before booking.

Using essential oils in reflexology sessions is a wonderful addition. The many benefits of essential oils provide excellent support.

Are you anxious, exhausted or having sleep issues, hormonal imbalances or in chronic pain?  I'll follow up with guidance and give you a take home pot of the personalised blend we used in the session. This is a great way to continue treatment between sessions and have holistic healing homecare support with aromatherapy guidance.
