Treating the whole body through the reflexes, mainly on the feet and occasionally the hands too. An energetically deeper reflexology working with acupressure, meridians and constitutional balance. Blended with traditional reflexology techniques and the extra support of essential oils. This style of reflexology allows me to work deeper with you and includes a blend of restorative, holding and dynamic techniques. A very popular and effective support based treatment.
