Some of their great tips below...
Stay warm and hydrated with water, herbal tea and soup
Cosy up with blankets and a hot water bottle
Make time to pause and reflect. Allow yourself to rest
Keep the kidneys and lower back warm
Do gentle exercise like walking, yin yoga or qi gong
Avoid raw food, smoothies and detoxing
Eat warming food and spices
Add dark-coloured beans to support the kidneys
