Some of their great tips below...


  • Stay warm and hydrated with water, herbal tea and soup

  • Cosy up with blankets and a hot water bottle

  • Make time to pause and reflect. Allow yourself to rest

  • Keep the kidneys and lower back warm

  • Do gentle exercise like walking, yin yoga or qi gong

  • Avoid raw food, smoothies and detoxing

  • Eat warming food and spices

  • Add dark-coloured beans to support the kidneys
